1. Light your candle
For the first burn, leave the wicks untrimmed and light the wick as is.
2. Create an even melt
Allow the wax to melt evenly across the entire surface before extinguishing your candle.
3. Trim the wicks
On the first burn, light the wick as supplied. Once the candle has cooled, trim the wick to approximately 6 mm (1/4 inch) before each subsequent burn. This encourages a clean, even flame and helps prevent smoke and soot.
4. Burn with care
Burn for no more than four hours at a time. Keep away from drafts, children and pets. Never leave your candle unattended.
5. Know when to stop
Stop burning when 5 mm or (1/5 inch) of wax remains or the metal wick holders become visible.
